Modules & integration

The YOOprocess standard configuration is based on project open’s core
Translation Project Management system and includes, as part of the subscription
fee, access to and licensing of the “Translation Freelance” and the “Reports
(Financial and Translation)” modules.


The Translation Freelance module allows you to store not just the freelance translators’ contact details, but also additional information on skills, recruitment status, etc. which is available when creating project teams. The module also holds functionality for creating purchase orders for freelancers.


The Translation Reports module allows you to export all relevant data you would like to further process. Standards reports are available, but creating your own, customised export templates is easy.


Additional modules are also available and charged either as part of an increased quarterly subscription fee or as a onetime purchase:

  • Translation RFQ/RFP "Marketplace" Extension: adds support for RFQs in the vendor selection process
  • Translation "ISO 9000" Quality: allows you to evaluate the translation results of freelancers and supplier companies using modified Lisa Quality Sheets


Integration with other solutions, such as the web-based terminology management system, machine translation on demand (YOOtranslate) and online review are available on demand.
